After watching TG, I think that the Lotus might not be a bad alternative. Sure it'll cost a lot to run. But then again you are replacing a car that costs 1.3m+. Twin-turbo V8? I know it'll be expensive, but still.

I was looking at Esprits for sale after seeing Top Gear. One can be had for around 30k. Not bad for a cheap supercar.
